Repetitive movement, often associated with autism, is a defining element in Kalu’s sculptures and drawings. As a Black woman with learning disabilities and limited verbal communication, Kalu offers a unique perspective on the world. Her art challenges us to reflect on how we care for ourselves, those around us, and how we engage with the world through compassion and care.

The exhibition runs until 3 August, and tours will be held up until the summer holidays.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. Sign up your class here.
