Mark Corfield-Moore: We Speak Chicken

Welcome to a guided tour of the exhibition Mark Corfield-Moore: We Speak Chicken with Kunsthall Stavanger curator Heather Jones.
Corfield-Moore utilizes a hybrid practice of painting and weaving to render images of buildings and spaces based on his lived experience and memories of family and childhood. The exhibition’s title references the lack of a shared language between Corfield-Moore and his Thai mother, and points to cooking and food as a mutual means of communication.
The tour is free with the price of admission.
The tour will last approximately 30 min. with additional time for questions and discussion.

Mark Corfield-Moore
Mark Corfield-Moore (b. 1988) was born in Bangkok and lives and works in Hastings.
