Kunsthall Stavanger is proud to announce the launch of the Mobilizing Citizenship Toolkit, an online publication and resource born out of the educational project first started in 2018.
Mobilizing Citizenship was an educational and research project that ran from 2018 to 2024. Throughout the project, Norwegian and international artists and designers were invited to collaborate with groups of young people aged 12–16 at Kunsthall Stavanger. Each term explored how participants could use tools and methods from contemporary art to express themselves and make their voices heard.
The toolkit captures the knowledge, experiences, and reflections developed over the course of the educational project, Mobilizing Citizenship, shared by the initiators behind the project and the artists and youth workers involved.
