Join us after hours for a special screening of Anette Gellein’s new film Annus Horribilis, which is premiering as part of their solo exhibition, Tender Endings, at Kunsthall Stavanger.
The screening will include a discussion led by writer and curator, Mike Sperlinger.
The event will take place at Kunsthall Stavanger. Admission is free, and no registration is required.
Mike Sperlinger is a writer and curator, and Professor of Writing at the Oslo Academy of Fine Art. Before moving to Norway, he co-founded LUX, a London-based organisation for artists working with the moving image, where he served as Assistant Director 2001-2013. He currently develops film-related projects through his Oslo-based initiative PRISMS. He has written extensively on contemporary art and is the editor of several books, including a new volume (co-edited with Rana Issa): A Bundle of Reeds: Contemporary Art after the Tigris.
